Plut\u00f4t que de chercher \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0corriger\u00a0\u00bb ou \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0normaliser\u00a0\u00bb les personnes neurodivergentes, il est essentiel de valoriser leurs forces et de repenser nos modes d\u2019apprentissage et d\u2019inclusion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comprendre la neurodiversit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La neurodiversit\u00e9 d\u00e9signe la diversit\u00e9 des fonctionnements cognitifs humains. L\u2019autisme, le TDAH, la dyslexie et d&rsquo;autres particularit\u00e9s en font partie. Plut\u00f4t que de consid\u00e9rer ces diff\u00e9rences comme des troubles, ce concept invite \u00e0 les voir comme des variations naturelles du cerveau.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans ce cadre, l&rsquo;autisme ne doit pas \u00eatre per\u00e7u uniquement comme une difficult\u00e9.
